your CD selections after making your payment, you will need
to return to our site and click the Members tab or link,
then the Premiums TAB (you can return to this page and click
on it on the menu above).

DONATION button below. We ask that you consider a
donation of approximately $5.00 per CD and add $5.00 for
postage on up to about 10 CDs, or $10 for postage for more
than 10 CDs. |

Please remember that
we only have a LIMITED AMOUNT of each title
(usually 1-3 copies total), so, depending on how many
Members take advantage of our offer, we may run out of some
titles and have to ask you to make an alternate selection.
CDs are reserved on a first come first serve basis, our site
does not automatically remove an item when it becomes
unavailable.
YOU CAN MAKE AN
ALTERNATE SELECTION OR TWO IN ADVANCE,
for example, if ordering 5 CDs, select 6 or 7 and make a
note in the comments selection with the last two titles that
they are alternate selections in case we are out of your
primary selections. |
