from being producer to being a production and that
absolute lack of any connection between his previous group
Raunch Hands and the '60s Epic comedy bluegrass ensemble
of the same name.

/ Larry O. Dean has some of the same wry, heartland, closed mouth
delivery that Stan Ridgway captivated a cult audience with

Voodoo. His CD with The Me Decade
"Gentrification is Theft" is very well done with correct
presence from the vocalist (Dean) and tasteful addition of
strings. The guitars are very distorted and with the plain
vocal delivery the comparison can be made to
Velvet Underground ("Not Enough Hours in the Day"). In
this interview, Dean talks about the full-band project The
Me Decade as well as his solo activity on his October 2002
Couch Trip Tour and monthly round-robin singer-songwriter
events.

since disbanding after its 1000th gig in 1995.
Also, the Alice Donut future is expounded upon with its

accentuated as it was, but Three Sisters (Howler) is meant
to be the first chapter in a three CD series that should
offer some coherent vision of the new Alice Donut.

Death compilation led to a resurgence and Dennis is
