Scott’s Notes: Beautiful & melodic, mood evoking of both joy and and sadness, Ann details in her liner notes both her ongoing courageous battle with breast cancer, and the untimely loss of her beloved companion Siberian Husky Nikki, also to a cancer.  She writes:  “Life, with it’s wonderful fountain of joy also infuses us with overwhelming heartache and pain…,”  she also crafts and conveys these conflicting sentiments in her music, subtly and compellingly, even without a knowledge of the underlying stories.
