You receive Ad-Free Member's access to all "Freshest On Demand," "Archived  On Demand" and 128k Coolsteams on the site.  These Play Buttons Look Like These Below:

1. b) What you Get Access To Within 24 HOURS:

You will not be able to access the BONUS "Coolstreams (Radio Streams)" until after we manually add your new login and password (see below to select a new login)..  This will usually take 4-12 hours, up to 24 hours max.  The "Member Bonus" Coolstreams Have buttons like this:

The instant login that you receive from PayPal's system is auto generated and cryptic (and most people don't like them).  For security and ease of use, please select a new Login/Password of your own choice by submitting the form from this link below.  Note that it may still take up to 12 hours for your new login to be added, so use your instant login for immediate access:

These accounts are self-service, and we cannot issue refunds.  You are signing up for a "subscription" which means a recurring payment (each month, each 3 months, each year, etc.)   Should you wish to cancel your Membership access and future payments, you must do so from within your PayPal account BEFORE the next billing date (this information is also provided to you in your confirmation email from PayPal).

After you complete your payment, you will receive a system generated username & password that will work instantly (or at least within a few minutes).  Make sure you copy or print the login/password information on the PayPal screen when you complete your payment (It will also be included in your confirmation email from PayPal)!  Then click on the Grey "Return to Merchant" button at the bottom right of the screen to get to our Welcome page for additional information! 

LOST PASSWORDS:

Important!  We cannot easily see your automatically generated password in our system, so we cannot quickly send you your password if lost (please allow 12-24 hours if you need us to get it for you).  YOU, however, can retrieve it immediately from your PayPal account following these instructions (they are included in your confirmation email from PayPal):  To get your password, log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down menu and press the "Submit" button. Click on the Status link for this subscription; the Subscription Details page will list your username and password.

If your username does not work within 5-10 minutes after signup, or you have other customer service problems, you can contact us at the customer service email address on the Welcome page and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Please recheck that you are entering your username and password exactly as supplied as they often contain combinations of letters and numbers, a dash (-), AND ARE CasE SenSitive!
