Below are COMPLETE
details on what you can access
and how to sign up in this completely automated process:

1. What you Get Access To (POD Only
Service):
You receive Ad-Free Member's
access to all "Freshest On Demand" and "Archived
On Demand" programs on demand (POD) (under the
Tabs with GREEN arrows shown below)
You will not be able to access
the "Coolstreams (Radio Streams)" (under the Tab with
RED arrow shown below)
(Note that there may be some
series on the site with slightly different layouts and
button arrangements. They will still be designated
as POD or Coolstreams)

2. Subscriptions are self-service
These accounts are
self-service, and we cannot issue refunds. You are
signing up for a "subscription" which means a recurring
payment (each month, each 3 months, each year, etc.)
Should you wish to cancel your Membership access and
future payments, you must do so from within your PayPal
account BEFORE the next billing date (this information
is also provided to you in your confirmation email from
PayPal).

3. Username & Password:
After you complete your
payment, you will receive a system generated username &
password that will work instantly (or at least within a
few minutes).
Make sure you
click on the Grey "Return to Merchant" button at
the bottom right of the screen to get to our Welcome page for
additional information! We do not send out
an acknowledgement or welcome email for this service
after you sign up.
If you wish to have your
username & password changed to another one, you can
submit the form linked from the Welcome page, but please
allow up to 5 days for your your request to be
completed.
LOST PASSWORDS:
Important! We cannot
see your automatically generated password in our system
(because it is sent encrypted), so we cannot send you
your password if lost. YOU, however, can retrieve
it from your PayPal account following these instructions
(they are included in your confirmation email from
PayPal): To get your
password, log in to your PayPal account and go to the
"History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose
"Subscriptions" from the pull-down menu and press the
"Submit" button. Click on the Status link for this
subscription; the Subscription Details page will list
your username and password.

4. Email lists and other options:
Please see the information
on our welcome screen to learn how to be placed on our
email update list to learn about program updates for the
program(s) that you are interested in. There will
also be links to get you to the program series that you
signed up to hear.
|
5. In Case of Problems:
If your username does not
work within 5-10 minutes after signup, or you have other
customer service problems, you can contact us at the
customer service email address on the Welcome page and
we will respond as quickly as possible.
Please recheck that you are
entering your username and password exactly as supplied
as they often contain combinations of letters and
numberS5, AND ARE CasE SenSitive!
