Q1.
I have
lost my Login and/or Password - how do I get it?
OR I just signed up as a Member and did not get
directed to the Login Selection page. How do I
get set up?
A1: Send us an email at Members AT musicsojourn (click here).
We'll reply as quickly as possible (between 10:00 p.m.
and 8:00 a.m. US EST, we will get it to you first
thing the next morning).
For some rare / extreme cases where we can't contact
you:
If you made a Payment but did NOT
receive a Welcome email, or an email requesting that you select a
login & password (after 6 or more hours), and you did
try to contact us by email, see the additional info on
this page (click here >>>).

Q2.
I have a 'recurring' payment to you through PayPal
that I would like to cancel. How do I do
that?
A2: You can log in to
your PayPal account and cancel your next payment from
there. If you do not know how to do that, send
us an email at 'members (at) musicsojourn (dot) com'
and we can cancel it for you.
We'll be sad to see you
cancel your Membership, but we won't hassle you about
it, we understand all too well that things change and
budgets get tight. We thank you for your past
support!

I am not a Member but would like to support you and
become a Member. How do I become a Member?

Q4.
How
do I LOGIN to see my Account Details with you or
retrieve my Password?
A4: You can't because
we do not keep our Member's account information
online. That is for your security as well since
it takes a lot of money and resources to keep
information like that secure from hackers, and we are
not at that level quite yet :).

You can always see your
Membership billing information in your PayPal account
if you made Membership payments or Donations using
PayPal.

How do I LOGIN to hear the Members streams?
A5: You will be prompted
for your login & password when you click on a Members
Play or Listen button (there are no login boxes on the
web site pages). On most PC systems, you
should only have to enter your login once per session
(or until you close the CoolStreams player window/Real
Player or restart your Browser or PC).

Are my Membership payments Tax Deductible?
A6: The general/quick
answer is yes, less the value of any premiums taken.

Q7.
I
forgot to take a premium (or premiums), can I
still get it (them)?
A7: Yes of course, you can claim your premium(s) at
any time, even if you are no longer an active Member.
Please drop us an email and let us know and we'll
confirm the number of premiums you are eligible to
take.

Q8.
I was a Member under your old Dollar Level System.
Can I still get access?
A8: Yes (read both
parts below!).
If you joined as a
Member under the Dollar Level Membership Level system
before May, 2004, you are now considered a "Founding Member."
Your Membership will need to be renewed to receive
full current Member's benefits, but at special
lower Founding Member rates not published on the
website. Please email
Members AT musicsojourn (click here) (if typing the
address by hand add the .com!) for the details.
Founding Members can
still receive Members benefits comparable to the level
you were at prior to the changes in our service.

Include your name and email address (prior email
address if it has changed). Only Inquiries from
Members will be acknowledged.

General Information about
Coolstreams:
Without Membership support,
Coolstreams will cease to exist, because Membership Support is
our primary means of support! We do NOT currently receive any
kind of funding from Grants or Foundations, however,
Coolstreams is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit
Organization (see
more details here >>>). We do not earn enough
revenue from ads on the site over an entire year to cover
the costs of the streaming and other operating costs for one
month! We keep a small number of NON-INTRUSIVE banner ads
(meaning no obnoxious pop-up ads), plus
affiliate links on the site to help with the costs offering
our Free Use listening options.Everyone
who supports us at any level or by any method really wins
because it keeps our programming available without
commercial influence. We also know
some folks can afford to support us more than others, so we
have developed extra services and premiums to encourage your
generosity!
